A graduate of BITS, Pilani, Naveen has been leading the activities of the Trust, Naveen has about 30 years of experience including executive management functions in large organizations.
He has led large teams and have helped formulate and implement corporate goals and objectives. His skills with people and the drive to make an impact and help in community building acts as a significant motivator to the entire team.

Mahalakshmi K S

Founder & Trustee
A graduate of Commerce with a keen interest in child Psychology, Lakshmi has been a Founder trustee who has been involved in the formation, growth and progress of the Trust.
She leads the operations, expense management and administration activities of the Trust alongside working in the implementation of the SAAMYA program at Govt. Schools

Mridula Sankyayan

Trustee
Mridula, a graduate of BITS Pilani has been instrumental in the creating, constructing and conducting the Poorna program for holistic learning. With over 28 years in leading corporate such as Goldman Sachs, she deploys her skills in implementing “learning and development “ programs.
She is very popular among'st her students who she has transformed from shy listeners to vibrant communicators through the Poorna Program

Samarth Bannur

Samarth brings the new Generation focus to EDUCAIT. A graduate of PESIT, Samarth brings over 6 years of work experience in the FMCG sector within the E-Commerce industry with a specialization in building high-performing teams and driving business growth. Driven by a passion to create real, lasting impact through education, he is looking to use his skills in collaboration, innovation, and scaling operations to further EDUCAIT’s mission. Samarth firmly believes that education is the most powerful tool to uplift communities and provide for upward mobility. He sees education as the seed for change, empowering individuals to shape a better future.
