Pramad Grama

Board advisor
Pramod Grama is an Information Technology consultant, with over 30 years of experience, consulting with medium to large enterprises in India, U.S and Scandinavia. He has an Engineering Degree from IIT Madras, with a Post Graduation in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.. After working in I.T services companies Wipro and TCS, Pramod co-founded a I.T services company, where he headed Delivery and Account Management for over 20 years.

P Rangarajan (Ranga)

Board advisor
Ranga has over 30 years of work experience in sales, marketing, product management, and operations at large IT companies like Wipro Infotech and Infosys, as well as startup enterprises like Appnomic Systems and RubanBridge. Ranga was part of the founding team at Appnomic Systems (currently Healsoftware), where he played a crucial part in the start-up to the company’s growth phase. Before Appnomic, he was a core member of the team that built the Finacle product business at Infosys and helped it become one of the top 3 global banking software solutions. He was also part of the initial team that defined and implemented the early version of the largest last mile ‘village commerce’ networks and also served on the board of 1bridge helping the team progress towards the vision. Ranga is also actively involved in the social sector as a Board Member of another NGO focused on ‘the holistic learning development model’ for underserved children and youth.

Sesha Sayanam

Board advisor
Sesha Sayanam is associated with Educait as a volunteer since 2016. He along with other volunteers implemented programs to impart computer basics and usage skills to government school children. Currently, he is mentoring students supported by Educait under ‘Pragathi’ tuition program. Sesha Sayanam has over 30 years of software industry experience. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Hyderabad Central University.

Suresh Kumar Pinglay

Suresh Kumar Pinglay is a Senior Management professional with 30+ years of experience in the Financial Services & Technology Industry (BFSI). In his professional career, Suresh worked with a world-renowned Banking Product company from India, i-flex solutions ltd, (later Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd) for 20 years in a wide variety of roles and leadership positions and has widely travelled across the globe. Prior to joining OFSS, he worked for 10 years with Stock Holding Corporation of India at Mumbai. He is currently mentoring Walnut Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd (QShala) as a member of their Advisory Board. He is also actively engaged in the Social Sector advising and supporting EDUCAIT and another NGO
